From ArcHydroGW Wiki
Tools in the Groundwater Analyst toolkit will help you import data into your Arc Hydro geodatabase, manage key attributes, and visualize your data. With Groundwater Analyst you will be able to import a variety of datasets (wells, time series) into your geodatabase, map and plot time series, and create common products such as water level, water quality, and flow direction maps.
Geoprocessing Tools
-
Groundwater Analyst
-
Add To Raster Series: Loads a raster dataset into a raster catalog and attributes the raster with start and end date/time.
-
Make Time Series Statistics: Creates mappable layers of time series by joining spatial features (points, lines, polygons) with time series data (e.g. water levels, concentrations).
Toolbar Tools and Commands
- Assign Related Identifier: Allows to interactively assign the value of one field in one layer (target layer) to another field in another layer (source layer).
- Definition Query Filter: Enables filtering a layer based on any attribute. By creating a Definitioin Query.
- Flow Direction Map Generator: Creates flow direction arrows from a raster dataset.
- Interactive Time Series Grapher: Automates the creation of time series plots (e.g. groundwater levels, concentrations). The tool is an interactive tool that allows users to click on features and plot related time series data.
- Text Data Import Wizard: Allows to interactively import data from text files into a geodatabase (the tool works similarly to the Text Import Wizard in Microsoft Excel).
